These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Telektronics website and communications with Telektronics, including our SMS customer care and technical support messaging program. Use of specific Telektronics products or services may also be subject to separate agreements, proposals, service agreements, or other terms.

SMS Customer Care and Technical Support Program

Telektronics provides SMS messaging for customer care and technical support purposes. Messages may include:

• Responses to customer support requests
• Technical troubleshooting communications
• Remote support coordination
• Service and repair updates
• Appointment or scheduling coordination
• Account and service-related notifications
• Follow-up regarding an existing customer inquiry

Telektronics does not use this SMS program to send marketing, advertising, or promotional messages.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Customers may opt in to SMS communications by initiating a text message conversation with Telektronics, verbally requesting or agreeing to SMS communication during a support interaction, or through another opt-in mechanism provided by Telektronics. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending upon your interaction with Telektronics and the nature of your customer service or technical support request.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received. Telektronics is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages from Telektronics at any time by replying: STOP

After submitting an opt-out request, you will receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further SMS messages from the program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS delivery is subject to wireless carrier availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Telektronics cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with SMS communications is handled according to the Telektronics Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Telektronics' website, communications systems, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Third-Party Services

Certain Telektronics services may rely upon third-party telecommunications carriers, software providers, cloud providers, and other technology vendors. Availability of those services may be affected by circumstances outside Telektronics' control.
